Heres the recommended rinse times:

2 hours for a light tan

3 hours for a medium tan

4 hours for a dark tan

5 + hours for a Darrrrk tan

*4 or more hour rinse times is best for those that can tan naturally in the sun. If you typically can not tan naturally in the sunned typically burn it's best to start out with the 2-3 hour rinse time.
